MINI FUDGE SQUARES
Guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth, these mini fudge squares are a delicious treat for any occasion. McVitie’s Digestives not only provide a unique texture but also add an enhanced flavour. Bring these to your next tea party or lunch-in and you’ll have others begging for your secret.

INGREDIENTS
- Melt the butter and the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Put the McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES© into a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Stir the sugar, vanilla extract, egg, McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES© crumbs, coconut and walnuts into the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Press this mixture into an ungreased 23cm square cake tin. Refrigerate.
- Mix the butter, milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract together. Spread this over the crumb mixture and chill again.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water and spread evenly over the chilled filling.
- Chill again and cut into small squares before the chocolate layer completely sets. Top each square with a white chocolate chips.
