INGREDIENTS

  1. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Put the McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES© into a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. Stir the sugar, vanilla extract, egg, McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES© crumbs, coconut and walnuts into the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix well.
  3. Press this mixture into an ungreased 23cm square cake tin. Refrigerate.
  4. Mix the butter, milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract together. Spread this over the crumb mixture and chill again.
  5. Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water and spread evenly over the chilled filling.
  6. Chill again and cut into small squares before the chocolate layer completely sets. Top each square with a white chocolate chips.
