LEMON CHEESECAKE COCKTAIL

Do you want to impress your party guests? Look no further! This tasty but potent dessert in a glass is the perfect late night cocktail. Zesty and sweet, this lemon cheesecake cocktail will be a guaranteed big hit. Don’t forget to top with crushed McVitie’s Digestives for an added crunch.

INGREDIENTS

  1. For the vanilla simple syrup, add the water and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat, stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then stir in vanilla extract. Strain into a jar or bottle and seal tightly with lid. Simple syrup can be kept in refrigerator until needed.
  2. Put the McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES© in a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Set aside.
  3. Place all of the remaining ingredients plus 1tbsp of vanilla simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard to blend thoroughly.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a serving glass and garnish with the crumbled McVITIE’S DIGESTIVE©.

RECIPE
